Where are you from?
We run shops in Fakenham, Dereham, Kings Lynn, Aylsham and several other towns in Norfolk and Suffolk.

How long have you been at Fakenham Market?
About one year.

What are your opening times here?
7.30am until sold out which is usually about 2pm.

What other markets do you attend?

What led you to running this stall?
It’s a family business – Bob and Alissa and their parents David and Lorraine. David started as a baker at age 16 and 25 years ago bought a bakery in Norfolk, and the company has developed from there. We have taken on a market stall in addition to our shop to showcase what we do.

What do you like about coming to Fakenham Market?
It’s just got a good buzz!

What are your best selling items?
All kinds of bread: including granary loaves and rolls, honey and spelt, sourdough, ciabatta, rye and walnut, as well as croissants and cakes. We aim to use fine quality East Anglian ingredients as much as possible.
